Each and every person in the class is guided in correct alignment so as not to develop any bad habits or injure themselves.

Clear and easy to follow instructions are given by the teacher throughout class to benefit the most from each posture, incorporating pelvic floor work and breathing.

Dianne is able to assess the group - where people are at energetically, what they need to focus on for that session and postures that will benefit them the most.

This allows a beautiful flow of energy where each person feels a connection with the yoga as they release tightness and stress from the body and a connection to healing energy flowing throughout the body to regenerate and rejuvenate.
